RETURN POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURN SHIPPING & DUTIES
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Customers are also responsible for any import duties, taxes, or handling fees that may apply when sending items back to us. These amounts will not be reimbursed. If duties or fees are charged to us by the carrier, we reserve the right to deduct them from your refund.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items cannot be returned such as custom or made-to-order products and gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return has been accepted.
EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same conditions apply: items must be unworn/unused, with tags and in original packaging, and you’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@claraschweers.com.
