All orders are shipped from the Netherlands with UPS, FedEx, DHL or POST NL and include tracking. Orders are processed within 1–5 business days from the date of purchase. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Within the European Union (EU):
Our shop is VAT registered in the Netherlands. All EU orders are charged Dutch VAT (21%) at checkout. No additional duties or taxes will be charged upon delivery within the EU.
Outside the European Union:
